General wallpaper instruction:
Order Received
Before you start wallpapering, check whether you have received everything. Lay out all parts and put them in the correct order. Check that all parts fit together properly. If these do not fit together properly, report this immediately to our customer service (once glued to the wall, you can no longer claim photo wallpaper). Allow the wallpaper to acclimate for 24 hours before applying to prevent shrinkage. For an optimal result, the temperature of the room to be wallpapered should be between 18-21ºC.

1. Substrate preparation
The wall on which the wallpaper is pasted must be smooth, free of grease, dry and clean. For a nice and sleek result, we advise you to also remove old wallpaper and not to paste wallpaper over wallpaper. Tip; Make sure that the surface is light and has an even color so that it cannot shine through. Desired temperature in the room is between 18-20 °C so that the wallpaper does not dry too quickly and therefore comes loose from the wall. Tip; Draw a perpendicular line on the wall so that your wallpaper does not hang skewed. Many walls are not exactly at right angles - so attach the wall mural from the center of the wall outwards and use a spirit level, plumb bob and pencil to draw a horizontal and vertical guide.

2. Apply glue
Use glue suitable for wall application and suitable for paper wallpaper. Apply the glue directly to the wallpaper with a wallpaper adhesive roller (1 lane at a time). Allow the glue to set/soak on all sheets for exactly 3 minutes and do not place the pasted pieces of paper on top of each other.

3. Wallpaper
Place the strips (with approx. 3 cm overlap to the ceiling) on the guidelines and smooth them out from top to bottom. Allow the strips to overlap by 2-3 mm (the strips will become wider during soaking). The wallpaper tends to shrink on the wall. Do you have air bubbles? Rub it to the side with a spatula or a wallpaper pressure roller. You can puncture large air bubbles with a pin and small air bubbles often disappear when they dry. Tip; use a wallpaper seam roller for an even tighter result.

4. Drying
Drying should be done very slowly. Work at a room temperature of approx. 18-20°C and avoid drafts (keep windows closed, heat moderately in winter). And finally, after drying, carefully remove the protruding edges with a paring knife.
