Delivery Time

The delivery time of your order depends on the availability of the product:

  • Photo frames, floating frames, puzzle frames, poster frames, poster hangers and passe-partouts are usually in stock. For these products, the shipping times shown in the table below apply.

  • Posters, artworks and photo wallpapers: If the product is marked as in stock, the shipping times from the table below also apply. If the product is not in stock, a different estimated delivery time will be shown on the product page.

    We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Adjusted delivery times during public holidays
Below you will find an overview of adjusted order processing and delivery times during public holidays. On these days, no orders will be processed and no deliveries will be made by DPD.

  • January 1, 2026 — New Year’s Day
  • April 3, 2026 — Good Friday
  • April 6, 2026 — Easter Monday
  • May 1, 2026 — Labour Day
  • May 14, 2026 — Ascension Day
  • May 25, 2026 — Whit Monday (Pentecost Monday)
  • December 25, 2026 — Christmas Day
  • December 26, 2026 — Boxing Day / Second Christmas Day

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example in writing by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form (download form), but it is not mandatory.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returns of custom-made products
Products purchased via “custom photo frames” from Your Decoration are made according to your specifications. The right of withdrawal does not apply in this case. The sale becomes final after successful payment.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision.

If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
