The opening (photo size) of this mat board is suitable for a photo measuring 50x70 cm. However, the opening, referred to as the inside cutout in the image, is made slightly smaller (approximately 0.2 mm on all sides) so that your framing does not fall through the opening of the mat board. As a result, a few millimeters around the edges of your image will be covered by the mat board.

Frame size and photo size
Each passe-partout has a frame size and a photo size. The frame size of the passe-partout indicates which photo frame the passe-partout is suitable for. The photo size is the exact size of the poster, art reproduction or photo around which the passe-partout is fitted.
