The Iconic Pulp Fiction
Pulp Fiction is a legendary cult crime film from 1994. The film has won more than forty awards and received no fewer than seven Oscar nominations. In short, a true classic. Who wouldn't want to have a poster of this iconic film hanging on the wall. Director Quentin Tarantino has captured many great actors and actresses for Pulp Fiction, including John Travolta, Samuel L. Jackson, Bruce Willis, Uma Thurman, Christopher Walken and Harvey Keitel.
Four stories
The film Pulp fiction consists of a prologue, four stories and an epilogue that harks back to the prologue. The chronological order in this film is intentionally jumbled. You see the four stories at a different time in the timeline. The four stories are:
Prologue Dinner - Pumpkin and Honey Bunny, two roadhouse robbers played by Tim Roth and Amanda Plummer.
Vincent and Jules - two hitmen played by John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson.
Vincent and Marsellus Wallace's wife - Vincent has to entertain the boss's wife. Played by John Travolta and Uma Thurman.
The Gold Watch - Butch is a boxer, he should lose but doesn't. Played by Bruce Willis.
The Bonnie Situation - Vincent accidentally shoots an informant dead in the car. Played by John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson.
Epilogue the Diner part II - Vincent and Jules go for a bite to eat at the diner that is ambushed by Pumpkin and Honey Bunny
Epic scenes
Some scenes from the film are legendary, for example the dance scene of John Travolta, the sermon of Samuel L. Jackson and the robbery of the diner and the threat of Uma Thurman.
